Aspendale Farm is really hopping this week with the arena expansion project in full swing! Erin’s been working in her spring garden and she’s found a new favorite mulch for her garden paths. She discusses the considerations and merits of housing your chickens in a portable coop called a chicken tractor. And this week Erin gets to talk about one of her very favorite things… food! Erin loves the opportunity to cook from scratch, and she shows you how simple it can be to make many grocery items yourself, from breads and noodles to homemade breakfast cereal!
